Eliana Faith Leino was born today at 3:30pm. She weighed in at 7 pounds 15 ounces and is 20 inches long. She is the most beautiful baby we’ve ever seen (no offense to all you proud parents out there).
Words can’t express the wide range of emotions we’re feeling right now. We are just so in awe at who God is and what He has done.

Oh my, how beautiful. Patience, you look amazing. Jordan, you look so proud. Eliana – a Gift from God. You are such a beautiful family. Can’t wait to meet her. Try to get some rest – I know it will be hard to keep your eyes off of her.

What a cutie!! I know that you are soooooo in love. I have followed your blog through your journey with Issac and now with your precious daughter. Yippee! We are so excited for you. Eliana is precious. We have missed seeing you guys. Time has flown by these last 9 months. Enjoy your new parenthood! We love you.
BTW, Tanner came in at 3 days behind schedule as well! Just comfortable I guess.
The nursery is very peaceful looking. I wouldn’t mind sleeping in there. Enjoy those middle of the nights in the rocker! And…take turns, Jordon!

She is so beautiful. What a fabulous picture of the three of you. (I am seriously envious Patience – not only do you pull off pregnancy radiantly, you do a great job post-delivery too! You seriously would NOT want to see my post-delivery pics!)
I’m thinking of you all so much, and thinking how overwhelming this must be for you – to finally have precious little Eliana in your arms safely, and not to have to hand her over to the doctors like you did with Isaac. Too amazing for words.
I was just thinking of that little story called ‘Welcome to Holland’ I sent you just after Isaac was born – do you remember?

Words are so inadequate to express the feelings running through me right now. Though I don’t know you two well yet, I have been in a similar situation having lost my first-born. I rejoice with you in the birth of your beautiful Eliana. May God grant you perfect peace and many years with her and the grandbabies that will come in time. Enjoy this time with her.
