Our newest edition, Evan Garrett Leino, was born on May 26, 2011, weighing 7 lbs. 14 oz. and measuring 20.5 inches long. His name carries great meaning and reflects our prayer for him as he grows into a fine young man. In Hebrew and Welsh, Evan means “God is gracious” while in Celtic, his name means “young warrior”. Garrett means “brave spearman” and is an homage to Jordan’s father, Gary. This sweet, ever-smiling boy reminds us each day of God’s grace towards us and we pray that he would grow to be a brave warrior – a man of courage, compassion, strength and integrity. We are so excited to see all that lies in store for Evan in the days and years to come.
